This policy explains how CoolNCheap Limited ("we", "us" or "our"), a Hong Kong company, handles information relating to its corporate website, CoolNCheapLtd.com, and enquiries sent to us. It does not describe the data practices of our mobile apps. Before using an app, read the privacy policy and Data safety information linked from its official store listing.

1. Visiting this website

Cloudflare hosts and helps deliver and protect this website. Its services may process technical request information, including IP addresses, browser and device information, requested URLs, access times and security events. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits and performance, such as loading times, browser or device categories and referring sites. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies, local storage or individual fingerprinting to measure visits. The corporate website has no account registration, checkout or advertising scripts added by CoolNCheap Limited. It does not request camera, microphone or location permission. These statements apply to this website, not to our apps or external services.

2. Information you choose to send

If you email us, we receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, enquiry, correspondence and attachments. App-support enquiries may include an app version, device model, operating-system version and screenshots you send.

Providing this information is voluntary. Without a way to reply or enough details about the issue, we may be unable to respond or investigate fully. Send only what is needed. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or identity documents, and hide unrelated personal information in screenshots.

3. Purposes of use

• Operating, securing and improving the website and understanding its performance.
• Replying to enquiries, investigating reported problems and providing support.
• Communicating about business enquiries and managing related correspondence.
• Keeping necessary records, meeting applicable legal obligations and addressing misuse or legal claims.

This website does not provide advertising or a mailing-list sign-up. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Any proposed new use requiring consent will be subject to the requirements of applicable law.

4. Recipients and overseas processing

5. Retention and security

We retain personal information no longer than necessary for these purposes. Relevant factors include the nature of an enquiry, unresolved issues or disputes, and applicable legal or record-keeping requirements. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymised, subject to lawful preservation requirements. Technical service data is also handled under the provider's arrangements.

We take practicable security measures appropriate to the information, including restricting access to those who need it. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information by email.

6. Access, correction and other requests

Under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you may request access to personal data we hold about you and correction of inaccurate personal data, subject to its requirements and exceptions. You may also request deletion of information no longer needed or otherwise eligible for deletion under applicable law. This does not override lawful retention requirements.

We handle access and correction requests within applicable statutory time limits and explain any lawful refusal or applicable fee. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are needed and an appropriate way to provide them.

7. External services and app privacy

Google Play and other external services have their own policies. App collection, advertising, purchases and permissions are described in the relevant app's privacy information, not this website policy. Applicable app-policy links are available through official store listings.

We may update this policy when website features, services or practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Where law requires additional notice or consent, those requirements apply. English and Traditional Chinese versions are available; if their meanings differ, English prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law.
